Jammed or stuck lock

The two main mechanical parts of the door are the euro profile cylinder lock and the multi-point locking mechanism. If you find that the key will not fully go into the cylinder or will go in but won’t turn. Then the problem is likely to be the cylinder which will need replacing once the door has been opened.
If the key goes into the euro lock and turns one complete revolution and the door won’t open. Then the problem is likely that the multi-point lock has failed. A replacement or repair will be needed once the door is open.

Lock works but you can’t remove the key

This is almost certainly a problem with the euro cylinder which will need to be replaced.

Door will not lock – Door repair needed

There are several reasons why a door may not lock and if caught early enough then most problems can be resolved by making adjustments to the door and lock alignment before anything gets broken. Mechanical failure usually occurs when problems are ignored, and the door is having to be forced which will rather quickly destroy the delicate locking mechanism. In this situation then it’s likely that replacement parts will be required as well as having to make the necessary alignment adjustments to prevent the problem happening again.
